buy melatoninWhy You Should Buy Melatonin

Product overview

This review will help you decide whether or not you are the right person to buy melatonin products. The truth is, for treating insomnia, or just generally getting a good night sleep, there is no better natural product available.

Melatonin is scientifically proven to aid sleep.

Because Melatonin is best known for it’s relaxant properties, the most common use for the supplement is by people who are travelling and struggle to sleep on long flights, for example. Melatonin is a great natural substitute in this case for other medication, such as sleeping pills. Of course, people should be aware that because Melatonin is so effective at aiding sleep, it can cause next-day drowsiness.

Because melatonin is a dietary supplement, it is legal to buy melatonin without a prescription in the United States, and is currently available on Amazon at great prices.

Melatonin is naturally occurring, and is found in many different plants and animals. In mammals, melatonin is a hormone secreted through the pineal gland in the brain.

Who should buy melatonin

As mentioned previously, melatonin has numerous potential health benefits. Anybody with difficulty sleeping is a great candidate for melatonin. And as has been mentioned, it has been shown to have positive effects on people with buy melatoninother neurological conditions.

Insomnia

Technically, melatonin works to correct what are called ‘disrupteded circadian rhythms’. Essentially, what this means is people who have developed poor sleeping patterns, such as night shift workers.

Studies on melatonin use have shown time and time again that it is highly effective in increasing daytime alertness and the number of sleeping hours, and also reducing the number of hours it takes people to fall asleep.

Quite simply, the benefits of melatnonin can be summed up pretty simply:

  • Sleep easier

  • Sleep better

  • Sleep longer

Melatonin is not for everybody, but I highly recommend that if you suffer from any of the conditions mentioned above, you should definitely buy melatonin and give it a try. What have you got to lose?

Customer reviews

Below are some of the customer reviews from people who have chosen to buy melatonin from Amazon.

  • “This is my personal favorite Melatonin…Just a quicker more restful sleep. It also helps to take with 100mg of 5-HTP”

  • “I was to the point of moving into our guest room because of my husbands snoring, especially loud and more disturbing after he had a very busy day…My friend gave me a bottle of Schiff and suggested I take it so I wouldn’t hear his snoring. He went to sleep and I read awhile, I kept reaching over just to make sure he was still breathing he was sleeping so peacefully. We take one tablet each every night, and there’s no loud snoring around here”

  • “I’m generally a very light sleeper but this little pill made me feel like I got some really DEEP sleep. Anyway, for the skeptics, I say you give it a try, it works wonders. Great stuff, I highly recommend! “

Dosage

  • Insomnia: start with 1 to 3 mg 1 hour before bedtime. If this does not work after 3 days, try 5 – 6 mg one hour before bedtime.  The correct dose should produce restful sleep without daytime irritability or fatigue.
  • Jet lag: 0.5 – 5 mg of melatonin 1 hour prior to bedtime at final destinations. Alternatively, you could take 1 – 5 mg one hour before bedtime for 2 days prior to departure, and then again for 2 – 3 days upon arrival.

Side effects

Studies have shown that prolonged use (greater than 3 months) of high doses of melatonin may result in effects such as headaches, nausea, next-day grogginess and vivid dreams. If you buy melatonin, you should be aware that while these effects are unlikely, they remain a possibility.
